TestUtil v. 2.0 is released coinciding with Mothers Day. So what is the
connection? For those practitioners of automated method testing fewer
lines of custom unit test coding translate to (potentially) more time with
the family or specifically, Mom! :-)
Remind me, what is TestUtil?
TestUtil is a Java open source low-effort automated method testing
strategy and tool for verifying all matching accessor methods on mutable
objects with a single line of unit test code. It is compatible with both
in-container and outside-the-container strategies extending JUnit.
So, whats new with v. 2.0?
With thanks to Mark Levison (http://dotnetjunkies.com/WebLog/mlevison/ )
for the idea and the ThoughtWorks guys for QDox (
http://qdox.codehaus.org ), TestUtil now conveniently excludes classes and
methods from verification with Javadoc tags. (See release notes at
http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?
release_id=416640&group_id=130647 .)
And the hyperlinks are?
The TestUtil home page is at:

The TestUtil: By Example documentation providing a chronicle of usage
during an undisclosed company application development project is at:

Note: An examination of this document should help to make the connection
on why this posting is "on topic" for this forum.
Feedback is always an encouragement,
